Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment Policy:

• Refund policy — We believe in assuring customers are happy with the product that we provide. In the case that we made an error, we are happy to make the correction free of charge or we can process you a refund for the portion of the order that is believed to be wrong.
Example: If you order 10,000 units with 2 scents (5,000 units of each scent) and you believe that one of the scents received is the wrong sent, we will ask you to send us a single unit air freshener back to us (we will pay for shipping). We will then confirm rather the mistake was made. Once confirmed, we will be happy to refund you for the portion of the mistake if one of the scents was produced incorrectly based on your order, we will refund you for that portion (5,000 units)

• Delivery policy — Orders will be shipped via Fedex or UPS, you will be provided a tracking number once shipped. Production time varies based on the number of units purchase. Generally, if you order 10,000 units or less production time will take roughly 3 weeks. This can vary depending on seasonality and current demand. We will always provide you an estimated order timeline at the time your order is received.

• Return policy – Do to all products being made to order and custom for each order we do not have a return policy. If there is a mistake with your order please refer to the Refund policy.

• Cancellation policy — We try to start production within 24 hours of receiving an order. You have up to one business day after placing your order to cancel.
